Why do you think that the kids stayed by and sticked to their parents for so long? Why do you think they don't tell anyone what is going on at home?

I think the teens stayed with their parents so long because one they didn't always have the money to leave and go some where else and also because they felt guilty leaving their parents on their own. Also I do not think they told anyone what was going on at home because I don't think they wanted people to judge them.

How do you think life would have been if the parents saved their money and did not spend it on things they did not need? Do you think they kids would've stayed with them longer and Jeanette would not of succeeded like she did?

If their parents saved their money I think life would have been a lot easier. They would have gotten out of those bad habits they have. The parents would also learn to take responsibility. I don't think Jeanette would have succeeded as she did. She would have eventually followed into her fathers and mothers foot steps. She needed to break out early otherwise she would not have gotten to the top.
